Nitotile Purfill 1K PU grout is a game-changer in the industry. Nitotile Purfill 1K Single component PU grout is the most unique pre-mixed technology in the architecture and design community, setting the standard for commercial and residential tiling.

It is especially recommended for interior or exterior tile grouting in residential, commercial & hospitality sector. Nitotile Purfill 1K PU grout is a thixotropic paste and is available in an attractive selected range of colours. In contrast to cementitious and epoxy tile joint grout, which exhibit limitations in terms of UV resistance, colour stability and rigidity, Polyurethane (PU) offers and optimal performance suitable for both interior and external applications.

Non-Sag

Mix the components to redisperse any settlement. Until a uniform consistency and colour is obtained.
Pour the grout onto area to be grouted. Spread grout into open joints.
Using a hard rubber float, fill grout into the joints and strike excess grout from the tile face in a squeegee fashion.

Clean the remaining grout off the surface of the tile by making circular movements with a coarse sponge.
Wipe off the resulting slurry with a soft sponge. Frequently rinse the sponge in clean water while cleaning the tile surface.

Spacers: Use of spacers between tiles will not only correct the variations of tiles but it also enhances the beauty of flooring.
Cleaning: It should start within 15 minutes after removing the excess grout from the tiles by using the rubber float.
Colour Shade Selection: Shade of grout recommend being selected after site mock-up.
