Water damage is one of the biggest threats to any structure. Cracks, leaks, and water seepage can lead to costly repairs, structural deterioration, and safety risks. Conventional waterproofing solutions take too long to cure, struggle with adhesion, and fail under extreme conditions.

Why Traditional Waterproofing is Costing You Time & Money?
Most failures in waterproofing come from systems that can’t keep up with modern construction challenges. Here’s where outdated methods fall short:
Super-Fast Curing – Walkable in 10 minutes, fully serviceable in 48 hours.
Unmatched Strength – >9 MPa tensile strength, outperforming conventional coatings.
Dynamic Crack Bridging – Seals up to 3.2mm cracks, ensuring no leaks.
Seamless & Monolithic – No joints, no weak spots, no water ingress!
Root Penetration Resistant – Ideal for green roofs, planter boxes, podium gardens.
100% Solids, VOC-Free – Safe for applicators, sustainable for the environment.

Application Methodology for Nitoproof 900 PU Waterproofing System
1. Equipment Requirements: For optimal application results, the following equipment is required:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):
Protective overalls High-quality gloves Safety goggles
Face mask
Surface Preparation Equipment:
Electric or pneumatic grinder for mechanical surface preparation.
Air blower or compressed air system for dust removal.
Brush or roller for primer application.
Application Equipment:
Dual-component spray equipment (plural-component proportioning unit). Air purge or mechanical purge spray gun. Heated hoses for material circulation (+60°C to +70°C).
2 .Surface Preparation: Proper surface preparation is crucial for effective adhesion and performance of the Nitoproof 900 PU system.
Structural Soundness: The substrate must be sound, free from frost, laitance, loose particles, sharp protrusions, and contaminants.
Mechanical Preparation: Heavy-duty grinding is required to remove laitance and loose particles, ensuring strong bonding with the epoxy primer.
3 .Substrate Conditions::
Concrete grade: Minimum M20
Surface moisture content: Less than 5%
Ambient relative humidity: Less than 75%
4. Application of Primer – Nitoprime 31
1. Z Mix the entire contents of the hardener and base thoroughly using a low-speed mechanical mixer until a uniform consistency is achieved. Do not part-mix
2. Apply the primer uniformly at a rate of 0.25 - 0.30 kg/m² (dependent on surface porosity)
3. Additional Coating: If primer absorption is excessive, apply a second coat
4. Sand Broadcasting: While the primer is still wet, broadcast fire-dried sand (0.2 - 0.5 mm grain size) to enhance adhesion
5. Allow the primer to become touch-dry before applying Nitoproof 900 PU
6. Re-application of Primer: If more than 24 hours have passed before PU application, a fresh coat of primer must be applied.
5. Application of Nitoproof 900 PU
Material Preparation:
Ensure components are properly circulated and heated between +60°C to +70°C before spraying.
Spray Application:
Use a plural component proportioning unit with heated hoses. Maintain a consistent application rate to achieve the required thickness.
Vertical Termination:
Extend Nitoproof 900 PU 300 mm onto vertical surfaces for effective sealing. Create a 6 mm x 6 mm groove at termination points and ensure proper PU penetration into the groove.
