Application Procedure Ensuring Durability

  • Remove laitance, damage, or contaminants.

  • Identify and address corrosion deposits.

  • Level plates with threaded bolts or levelling shims.

  • Fill formwork with clean water.

  • Allow it to stand for a minimum of 2 hours.

  • Construct watertight formwork using timber

  • Design formwork for water release

  • Utilize Reebol mould release oil as needed

  • Utilize the header box for continuous grout pouring

  • Minimize gaps between pours and maintain head pressure

  • Pour from one side only to prevent air entrapment
