• Surface Preparation: Ensure that all surfaces are clean, free from oil, grease, or any contaminants. Spalled or damaged concrete should be repaired with the Fosroc Renderoc System.

• Mixing: Pour the liquid component into a container and slowly add the powder while mechanically mixing for 4-5 minutes until a smooth consistency is achieved.

• Application: For best results, dampen the surface before applying. Apply using a stiff brush or roller in one or two coats, depending on the desired thickness. For spray applications, suitable equipment such as Graco TEXSPRAY is recommended.

• Curing: Allow the first coat to dry fully before applying the second coat. Brushbond Ultraflex does not require water curing; air curing is sufficient.

• Post-Application: Clean tools and equipment with water immediately after use. For areas receiving plaster or tile, ensure proper adhesion by sprinkling sand on the final coat while it’s still tacky.
